Today I installed the digital air conditioner and the modified frame.
First i coppied old coding from previous climatronic and paste it in new digital climatronic.
Then i made a basic adjustment by pressing the a / c button and the air direction at the same time.
Then I pressed the a / c button and the heated rear window at the same time to make the 1st start of the air conditioning compressor.
Everything worked perfectly, but in the diagnosis with vag com I saw the following errors

My take on your issue (not an expert, though):
Your car believes that you have the 3 zone ac unit installed which afaik the Octavia does not have. So it's lacking the temp. sensor, flap motor and flap position sensor.
Now as the touch panel comes from a Passat, which does have 3 zone AirCon, I am not sure if you can even code that correctly. You may have to live with those fault codes.
As for your questions: I don't fully understand what you mean. What I do know is that there are different panels available, depending on the car's extras. There may be a button for the heated windshield, for heated / ventilated seats, for the auxiliary heating etc. You have to have the one installed that matches your car because the buttons are.. "self aware". Meaning while the layout on all different panels may be the same, if you have one installed that does not have the button for your heated windshield, you will not be able to turn it on. You cannot code the panel so that the button which would be the windshield heater on the correct panel is just doing the job for you. The button knows, that it is not the button for the windshield heater.
So your question regarding the basic coding seems odd to me. As far as I know, you cannot code the button layout of the panel.
Which car (RS? What year?) do you have and where are you located at?

Hat zufällig noch jemand ein Bedienteil 3G8907044 A Mit Sitzheizung und passender Blende rumliegen? Nachdem ich am Wochenende eines in einem GTI eingebaut habe, möchte ich auch umrüsten 🙈

ich bin auch stark an diesem Umbau auf das Touch Bedienteil interessiert.
Gibt es dafür noch eine passende Blende? Evtl auch mit direkt mit dem Touch Bedienteil? Muss irgendwas codiert werden oder geht es einfach Plug&Play?
Es wäre cool, wenn einer der Experten was dazu sagen könnte

Ich hätte wieder ein paar Blenden fertig lackiert für das Touchbedienteil. Bei Bedarf einfach melden.
Ich habe heute die ersten Videos vom Superb 4 gesehen und bin gespannt, wann die ersten findigen, das Klimabedienteil von dem Fahrzeug im Octavia 3 nachrüsten. Das Teil gefällt mir richtig gut 🥰
Sry, dass ich dafür das Thema hier kaper, ich dachte es könnte passen.
Hübsch sieht es ja aus, wobei die Knöpfe zwischen den riesigen Drehreglern irgendwie untergehen. Aber ich fürchte trotzdem, dass das für den O3 nix wird. Hier hat ja auch keiner das digitale Cockpit im O2 nachgerüstet. Weil damit die Steuergeräte da miteinander arbeiten, müsstest du das halbe Auto auf die neue Technik anheben.
Im O4 könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es grundsätzlich geht, allerdings hat ja VAG mit Swap schon versucht, Nachrüstungen schwierig zu machen. Keine Ahnung, wie da der Stand ist
Naja aus technischer Sicht war der Sprung von PQ35 zu MQB auch nen Generationensprung der nicht kompatibel ist. Aber strukturell ist die MQBevo ausm O4/Superb4 sehr nah an der MQB ausm O3. Es werden ja auch Lenkräder, Radios und Kameras voll funktional aus der MQBevo im MQB nachgerüstet. MIB3 wurde auch schon mehrfach auf MIB1 und MIB 2 Fahrzeugen nachgerüstet.
