4) Select byte 0 and check bite 5. Picture
5) Select byte 0 and check bite 7. Picture

You can on maxidot after coding, selecet time (how long will the front headlights turned on - in seconds) for Comming and Leaving Home.

These functions will work only if the switch is in position headlights are turned on. If not, Coming home function is not active.

I use first Led light from Passat CC, but this light are not good.

Now, my guide:

1) Use VAG-COM, save coding the existing gateway.
2) Disconnect negative pole on the battery.
3) Remove control lights, decorations and cover under the steering wheel.
4) Gateway is on the right of the steering rod.

5) Disconnect gateway, replace a new one.
6) Mount parts (teile).
7) Connect negative pole.
8. Select Gateway - 19 -> Coding - 07 use label 19-1K0907530-10byte.xpl (lbl) and open old coding in other Lcode.exe, recoding in conformity with old coding.
9) Do it!
10) That´s all.

Yes I had problems with the new firmware. As having a 2006 RS-TDI with a H-Gateway, I had problems with the battery.
Seems that there is a problem with the CAN-BUS idle. The system doesnt want to shut off the BUS.
I bought a Q rev Gateway and will change it as soon as it arrives.

Yes, problem is with old gateway! You must use new gateway, I have too gateway Q and Columbus works perfectly!

Hi, user b2fast he wrote me about this solution. I think it's not solution. Because there is no firmware version for the Columbus (Skoda navi 3T0 035 680), there is only the American version of firmware for VW navigation (RNS 510 1T0 035 680 B). And I do not think that this approach resolved displacement threshold speed for DVD playback. If this was the original firmware, there is always set formatting HDD.

Radio signal is a little weaker. But Columbus has 2 tuner and I have second antenna inserted under the dashboard.

Aber ich glaube nicht, dass die Montage der Abschleppvorrichtung "beschädigt" auf die Schaltfunktion maxidot. (Columbus) :dontknow:
