What tire on 9x19 ET41 on 5E

    First of all, sorry for writing this in english, my german is a bit rusty.


    I'm looking for information on what tire size to run on a 9x19 wheel with Et41.


    Right now I'm unsure if I should go with


    215/35 19 or
    225/35 19


    The car will be mounted with H&R Deep 110 mm coilovers by AH-Exclusives.


    Plan is to tuck the top of the tires under the fenders.


    Any one here running that setup? Any help appreciated

    During a fast search I only found @nicman0 who is driving 225mm tires on 18x9" rims with a effective ET of 46. But I am pretty sure he is not the only one here.


    I would assume that 225/35/19 should generally fit, but I do not know if the ET41 will fit.


    Why do you want to drive 215 mm tires on a car that has stock 225 mm tires?

    Ive seen an image of another 5E with 9x19 ET41, so i know that will fit.


    the reason im asking about both 215 and 225 is because im unsure if there's clearance problems in the fenders if i run 225.


    The 215 will be stretched more than the 225 hence living more room in the fenders, but im not sure if its necessary.
